Each year, during the first week in August, the three Associations (Federal, American and Western) of the Order in the USA meet at the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help on Pilgrimage. This year we are setting up a hospice for the Shrine to be manned by members of the Order and their friends to support the needs of pilgrims to the Shrine.
